The bathrooms have new toilets, "Relocated away from the WALL". The showers have NEW doors on them, and the lighting, fans, walls and ceilings are all updated THEY LOOK GREAT.
Tippy Dam Campground and Cabins are located on the Big Manistee River. The river is a world-class fishing hotspot. We are steps from the Dam. The North Country Trail and The Manistee River Trail are near the campground for those wanting to hike. The Manistee River stretches on for over forty miles. The Manistee River is the third river running through the Manistee National Forest and is considered the "family river" for its slow moving, calm current and its nice width. We are in the "Heart" of the Manistee National Forest, in Manistee County. We have Electric Service on 24 Sites; we have 11 Rustic sites. We have some great locations for Hammocks. We have picnic tables and fire pits on all of our sites. We have a bath house with showers and Toilets. We have a water fill station and a dump station available for use. We have a fish cleaning station available for all of our campers. We have a camp store for essentials as well as wood and ice. WE ARE PET FRIENDLY.
